Refund, Returns and Cancellations Policy
1. General Return Guidelines
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and should be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size only. We do not offer exchanges for different colours or different designs. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@om-style.com
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We kindly ask customers to contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Please note that exchanged items must be with tags attached and returned in suitable packaging – unworn and unused.
4. Refunds (Returns)
For UK Customers:
Should you prefer a refund instead of a size exchange, you may return your item at your own expense. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is securely packaged and returned safely; until it reaches us, the parcel remains your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service.
Refunds are issued only after we have received and inspected the item. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

For USA, Canada and Australia Customers:

For European Union Customers:
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued after we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal, although we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided. We process approved refunds within 2 working days, and your bank or card provider may take up to 10 working days to show the funds in your account.
Partial Returns & Free Shipping Adjustments
If your original order qualified for free shipping but a return reduces your kept items below the free shipping threshold, our standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This ensures fair use of our shipping offer and helps us continue to offer affordable delivery options.
5. Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@om-style.com In such cases, we will organise a return at no cost to you. Once the item is received and inspected, you may choose to have it replaced or receive a refund, depending on your preference.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us within one week of expected delivery so that we can investigate the issue. We encourage customers to report delivery issues promptly so we can investigate with the carrier and assist where possible.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- The right of withdrawal (refund) does not apply to personalised items produced according to customer specifications.
- Returns on gift cards are not accepted.
- We cannot be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
9. Cancellations and Modifications
Time Frame:
To cancel or modify your order, please submit your request within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing support@om-style.com. Orders may not be cancellable once production has begun; however, statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Production Notice:
As we operate a print-on-demand service, once your order has been sent into production, we are unable to stop or change it. If this occurs, you will need to wait for the item to be delivered and then return it in accordance with our returns policy.
Business Hours:
Cancellation and modification requests will only be processed during our business hours. Requests made outside these hours will be addressed as soon as we reopen.
