Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods. The refund will be issued via your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the return.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
• Incorrect Address: Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
