Refunds (Returns)

🧘🏻‍♀️ Defective Items: If the item is defective or if there is an issue with the print quality, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item if you notice any defects, and we will assist you promptly.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods. The refund will be issued via your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the return.

Important Details:

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
• Incorrect Address: Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
